Limited food is the best medicine. Is the thing that gives us the basic energy in form of vitamins and nutrition that are needed of performing our day to day activities and keep us going. Choosing our food in our own means with some proper knowledge makes our body strength and good immunity. Proper knowledge refers to the person how to aware of the balanced diet.
