In our generation most of the people are suffering from overweight. This is medically termed as obesity by doctors. It decreases the external beauty of a person. Obesity is due to accumulation of excess body fat. This leads to reduced life span of a human being. Normally obesity is described in terms of BMI (Body Mass Index). In order to have long life we have to avoid overweight by taking necessary preventive measures. The main preventive measures are diet, exercise. Jogging for 20 minutes a day in early morning will also help to avoid bodyweight. Due to over-weight and increased cholesterol level there arises many problems in our body.
