Remaining Young

Everyone is this world wishes to remain young always. Ageing worries almost all people. Every human being in this universe especially women wants to stay young throughout their lifespan. But time doesn’t wait for anyone and we become older and older every year. However by taking some necessary steps anyone can achieve this. The steps include regular exercise, eating lot of fruits and vegetables. Drinking of minimum 8 glasses a day will make our face appearance fresh and young. Wearing of sunscreen lotion while outing may also help us. To avoid overweight, dieting the foods is necessary. Sleeping for eight hours for a day also helps us to look young as well as extremely refreshed. These are the things that enhance only our external appearance. But inner happiness is the most important thing. Being happy always reduces our tension and worries. Tension and worries only increases the pressure in our body and indirectly lead to many diseases like blood pressure, heart attack and other deadly diseases. But happiness only increases the equilibrium inside us and keeps us always fresh. So it is always important that we must be happy amidst all difficulties. What is life without difficulties? One must know how to handle difficulties and turn them to happiness.

skinOne of the most important organs of the body is the skin and it makes the human beings as a beautiful creature. It is one of the important things which make a person attractive. Without the skin human is one of the ugliest animals in this world. It is the outermost protective layer that God has given us to protect ourselves from external attacks. Moreover it prevents the germs and other micro organisms enter into the body and helps in avoiding many diseases. The colour of the skin varies according to the deposition of the melanin pigments in the skin and also because of the climatic conditions prevailing. The skin tone varies among the people living in different locality. Due to the continuous exposure of the skin to the atmosphere causes some skin diseases because of pollution. Moreover improper food intake and also allergic foods also causes skin diseases. One should take care of their diets and if they have any problems they consult proper physician. People should bath regularly twice a day to avoid skin problems and rashes. Since it is an external organ it is more vulnerable to all kind of attacks and it is our prime duty to take care of our skin properly.

Most of us wear spectacles due to some visual problems. Now-a-days the amount of people who are wearing specs has increased drastically. It is increasing exponentially. One of the major problems is heredity. So our next generations also have the opportunity to wear specs. But we have to avoid this. The major reason is the lack of vitamin A in our body. So we have to take regularly the foods which are rich in vitamin A. Some of these food sources include liver, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, egg, papaya, apricot, spinach and butter. Also do not place your hand in the eye with some itchy things. Now-a-days many lenses have started to replace the traditional specs which help us to achieve our original and natural beauty appearance. Also some of the advanced medical technologies such as laser techniques in eyes help us to decrease the use of specs. But this laser technology can be used only people having age above 18 years. All of these defects have to be rectified in our childhood age itself.

Each vitamin will do some specific jobs. There are totally 13 vitamins out of which some vitamins like vitamin D and vitamin K can be synthesized within our body itself. We have to intake other vitamins via food. During the metabolism the particles are divided into many small particles as nutrients. The vitamins are generally more in fruits when compared to the other foods. Deficiency of these vitamins results in diseases. Some of common known diseases are night blindness, beriberi, pellagra, rickets and scurvy. Vitamins tablets are available in markets. But remember that too much intake of vitamins also causes some diseases such as vomiting, nausea and diarrhea. Each vitamin is helpful in specific activities. For example vitamin A is necessary for the necessary vision. Deficiency of vitamin A causes eye defects and problems in vision. Vitamin B helps in making of more red blood cells. Vitamin C helps in building of muscles. Vitamin D helps in strengthening of bones and teeth. Vitamin E takes care of lungs and vitamin K takes care of formation of blood clotting cells.

The first phase of digestion which is chewing of food starts only here. Such an importance teeth have in our body. Also tooth decay cause ineffective communication with others. So to have good teeth we have to use technique of oral hygiene periodically. Oral hygiene is the practice of keeping the mouth and teeth clean in order to prevent dental problems and bad breath. We have to be careful with the things when it comes about the teeth. Teeth are also the thing which adds beauty to the face of an individual. So do not eat lot of chocolates as this will cause teeth decay. Decay of teeth may even lead to mouth cancer. It is advisable to wash your teeth after eating these kinds of stuffs. Brush at least two times per day and brush while going before to bed at night. Also consult the dentist whether to use any cosmetic products for improving teeth strength. Do not have more intake of coffee or tea. Avoid sweets and tobacco products. Have more amounts of citrus Fruits which are rich in vitamin C.
